Return Policy for Stephen Isley Jewelry

At Stephen Isley Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:
Important Information:
Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer. Eligible returns will be refunded back to the customer minus shipping.
Please note that we are unable to make changes or repairs to items. All purchases are made with the understanding that these services are not offered.
Special Orders
Special Orders may not be eligible for returns. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Special Orders qualify as anything that is not currently in inventory and is ordered specifically for a customer with or without customizations.
Eligibility for Returns:
Condition for Refund: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging, including jewelry boxes or pouches (information cards may be kept).
Returns must be delivered back to Stephen Isley Jewelry within 14 days of delivery to the customer. Please account for shipping times.
Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us via call, text or email. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

Shipping Instructions:
Returned items are recommended be shipped back to us using USPS Priority Express (the blue and white padded envelope).
Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Important: Do not write the word “jewelry” on the outside of the package. For safety reasons, all returns will be shipped using the manager's name.
Return packages need to be insured for the purchase price.
